This privacy policy sets out how Laura Poeti at UB9 Injury Clinic uses and protects any information you give. I am committed to ensuring your privacy is protected. This policy is updated and effective from May 2018.

What I do with the information:

I occasionally contact you with regards to changes within clinic, these may be things such as price changes, changes to opening times and so on. To contact you to remind you of an appointment. To send you exercise programmes and letters with regards to referrals etc. To contact a GP/other health profession referral, with informed consent from you. All information is kept in a locked filing cabinet and kept for eight years, or for children for eight years from the date of their 18th birthday.

Controlling your information:

All the information I hold has only been obtained directly from the client. Should anyone wish to change this, they may do so at any time by contacting my clinic and I will promptly be of assistance to ensure you are satisfied with the data I hold and the way in which I store and use it.
